Monster's Rozgarduniya - Terms and Conditions
“The participant organization/entity who agrees to publish/post its job advertisements/ job postings in Monster’s Rozgarduniya platform and /or Monster website, consents to Monster for advertising/ postings its job postings into Rozgarduniya platform and further agrees and accepts that job posting to be posted/advertised on Rozgarduniya platform and /or Monster website shall be only for lawful purposes by individuals seeking employment and career information and employers seeking employees; the said Job postings shall not be misleading, inaccurate, false, or misleading and material or links to material that exploits people in a sexual, violent or other manner, or unlawful or irrelevant to the job opportunity being presented. The participant organization/entity agrees to use only its names, logos or trademarks.
Monster may not publish/post any job posting of the participant organization/entity and/or delete the job postings from Monster’s Rozgarduniya platform / and /or its website, which does not comply with applicable local, national and international laws, including but not limited to laws relating to labor and employment, equal employment opportunity and employment eligibility requirements, data privacy, data access and use, and intellectual property. Monster reserves the right to restrict/delete any content on the Platform, found to be objectionable material which is not permitted by law or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national or international law, regulation or treaty.
The advertisements for competitors of Monster or post jobs or other content that contains links to any site competitive with Monster shall not qualify for posting. Any such advertised postings will be immediately deleted / removed without notice. Monster reserves the right to remove any job posting or content from any Monster’s Rozgarduniya platform and /or its website, which in the reasonable exercise of Monster’s discretion, does not comply with the above Terms, or if any content is posted that Monster believes is not in accordance with the Terms of Use & Privacy of Monster website and/or applicable laws and regulations. Monster shall not be liable for any conflict, in the event of advertisement of the Job Postings of participant organization’s/entity’s competitor on Monster site or vice versa or any disagreement between them in this connection. The advertisement of job posting will be only for the period as may be agreed with Monster. It is the sole responsibility of the participant organization/entity to remove/delete those job postings which are expired i.e. those job posting the requirements of which are filled up. The participant organization/entity does not have any right to get its job Postings advertised on Rozgarduniya platform/ Monster site. Monster shall in its sole discretion may decide whether to assist the participant organization/entity in its job advertisement or not without giving any reason thereof.”
